Caesar Salad Dressing
We love a good caesar salad dressing especially in the summer drizzled or drenched on fresh from the garden hearts of romaine.
Besides the many reasons why professionals say garlic is good for us it tastes so good. I try to make sure others are eating it too so I don’t stand out like a sore thumb. Who want’s to be the only smelly one in the room.
Here is a simple blender recipe I keep on hand. Most of the time the recipe calls for anchovies and but I like to try to keep the fishy business out of my dressing. Give it a shot and let me know what you think.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
- 4 med cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 large avocado
- 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbl sp Brags
- 1 cup water
- Onion powder 1/2 tsp
Besides making sure you peel the garlic and the avocado just throw it into the blender and blend until smooth. You might want to add more salt or oil to the flavor you like.
